Bruce Chrustie
It was Ottawa’s label of Silicon Valley North that brought Bruce to the area in the mid 90’s as recent Engineering graduate. There was little time required before it became obvious to him that Ottawa is Canada’s best city!
Working as an Engineer eventually led Bruce to complete a graduate degree in Business Administration. Increased responsibility resulted in him defining, building & leading successful commercial business offers within a large technology organization.
When it became apparent that continued mismanagement of rural issues was not going away any time soon Bruce became more involved working within the community to ensure the municipality did not overstep its authority on rural issues.
It is not always about work, and Bruce can be found camping on the pristine waters of the Outaouais or tending to his organic garden & livestock. Additionally Bruce enjoys building traditional structures using the historic hand tools and methods of our forefathers who settled in this area starting with Philemon Wright.
